Your privacy on Omni Health is of utmost importance. As the custodian of your personal information, we have established this policy to ensure that your privacy is always protected when using Omni Health.

Accessing or using this APP means you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use this APP.

Special Note for Minors

Omni Health operates a social networking platform that provides users with a range of tools to participate in our international community. All users who meet the age criteria can freely use Omni Health. Our online registration forms require you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and some optional information. You can view, modify, or update this information (except for the email address) at any time in the software's "Profile" section.

You can decide whether to publish additional information about yourself. When creating your profile, you may voluntarily provide some sensitive personal information. Please note that posting photos may disclose sensitive personal information about you, such as your portrait or health status. By voluntarily providing us with this sensitive personal information, you explicitly agree to our use of these materials as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you personally report situations to us via email or letter, or if other users or third parties report information about your postings and activities on this site, we may collect this information into a file that only authorized employees can view. We may also collect other users' comments about you from the complaint department.

Automatically Collected Information

Cookies are data stored on the user's computer and tied to information about the user. Omni Health uses session ID cookies. Once the user closes the browser, the session ID cookie terminates. Some of Omni Health's business partners use cookies on our site. Once we allow these business partners to set cookies, we do not review or control these cookies. Nevertheless, if you wish to prevent cookies from automatically being stored on your computer in the future, please click "Help" in your browser menu for instructions from your browser manufacturer.

When you use the Omni Health APP, we automatically track certain information, including but not limited to IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, Android ID, IP address, and email address. Many apps collect this information for analytical purposes. If you choose to disclose personal information through any of our communication methods (e.g., SMS), you are responsible for the amount of personal information you disclose. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who do not comply with the usage regulations.

Use of Your Information

We internally analyze user personal information to understand APP usage and improve APP content, products, and layout in compliance with applicable laws. We may also send information to you based on your personal profile, including targeted advertising and promotions. We believe these actions help us enhance the APP and tailor an exclusive online experience for you. We use personal information to assist in resolving disputes, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing our User Agreement.

If you choose "Privacy Protection" in the software settings, your personal practice information will not be shared in the software's community module but will only be shared with friends you follow or viewed by yourself.

We may share your personal information with partner websites, which have separate privacy protection policies unrelated to Omni Health's Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with their policies and practices on their sites.

Please note that we may use the information you post in the public areas of the Omni Health social network for advertising and promotional content on partner websites.

About Third-Party Applications

Omni Health may access or link to third-party social media or other services (including websites or other service forms). These include:

1.Using the "Share" button to share certain Omni Health content on third-party services. These features may collect your information (including log information) to function properly.

2.Other cases of accessing third-party services. For the purposes stated in this policy, we may integrate third-party service providers' SDKs or similar applications and share certain information collected according to this policy with these third-party service providers to provide better customer service and user experience. Currently, the third-party service providers we access mainly include:

(1) Youmeng Modular Foundation Library: To obtain device location permissions, collect device information, and log information with your consent;

(2) Facebook Ads SDK:Analyzing advertisement performance and user interaction.

(3) We may use UXCam, which is an analytics solution. UXCam may record: Screens visited, Interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls), and Device details (Type, Version, Model, Operating System). We are using the information collected by UXCam to improve our app.

We will only share your information for legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes. We require third-party service providers with whom we share information to fulfill confidentiality obligations and take corresponding security measures.

These third-party social media or other services are operated by the relevant third parties. Your use of these third-party social media services or other services (including any information you provide to these third parties) is subject to the third parties' service terms and information protection statements (not this policy). You need to carefully read their terms. This policy only applies to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any third-party services or third-party information usage rules. If you find risks in these third-party social media or other services, we recommend you terminate related operations to protect your legal rights.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information in aggregate form for marketing and promotional purposes. However, in this case, we will not disclose your personal information by name. We will never disclose specific information such as your password in aggregate form.

To maintain a healthy community, Omni Health cooperates with all law enforcement investigations and third parties fulfilling relevant obligations.

If required by law and necessary to protect our legal rights, and/or if the site needs to comply with judicial procedures, court orders, or legal procedures, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information.

Use of Other Users' Information

You cannot use other users' information for commercial purposes, such as sending spam, harassing, or illegally intimidating others. We reserve the right to terminate your account for abusing other users' information or violating the User Agreement.

Control of Personal Passwords

You cannot disclose your personal password to third parties or share it with any third party. Losing control of your personal password may result in a significant loss of control over your personal information and the ability to legally bind you. Therefore, if you lose your personal password for any reason, you should immediately change your password. Password changes can be made on the software's "Personal Settings" page.

Viewing and Changing Your Personal Information

Once you complete registration, you can view and change your personal information. Please log in and update your information promptly if it changes. We strongly recommend that you regularly change your personal password to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account information.

Storage of Videos, Photos, etc. on the Device

To provide you with a comprehensive yoga practice experience, our client will store the download content you initiate locally on your phone after your authorization. You can also refuse/cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. Refusing to provide this permission will prevent you from using video, photo download functions, and may lead to some videos being unviewable.

Location Information

You can authorize enabling the device location function and use our location-based services. You can also stop us from collecting your geographic location information at any time by disabling the location function. Once you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will not be able to provide the corresponding services mentioned above.

Microphone and Recording

You can authorize enabling the voice recording permission and use our voice chat function. After enabling authorization, we will access your device's microphone and recording permissions to ensure the normal use of the function. You can also refuse/cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. Once you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will not be able to provide the corresponding services mentioned above.

Taking Photos and Videos

When you use the QR code scanning or photo-taking features, we need your authorization to access your device's camera-related permissions and collect the image information you upload after taking the QR code, photos, and videos. You can also cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. Once you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will not be able to provide the corresponding services mentioned above.

Device Information Collection

Based on the specific permissions you authorize during software installation and/or use, we will receive and record information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen resolution, software and hardware feature information, and location-related information, such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor information like WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations. If you refuse to grant us the corresponding permissions during installation and/or use, we will not record the corresponding information.

Omni Health has security measures in place to protect and prevent information loss, misuse, and alteration under our control. Omni Health uses industry standards (such as firewalls) to keep your personal information confidential. While "100% security" does not exist on the internet, our technical experts will strive to ensure your safe use of the site.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we decide to change this Privacy Policy or our email practices, we will post the changes in the Privacy Policy, on the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate. This allows you to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We reserve the right to correct this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or on the homepage.
